Pixie, The premise of withholding information of any type, good or bad, certainly goes against the grain of shareholder welfare no matter where they are located. NASDAQ protocol calls for companies' release of information promptly. Suppose that the reason for the inordinately high volume yesterday was due to a leak of NASDAQ lifting the PCH and Prana neglected their duty to report it. Surely the ASX would not prevent Prana from making the announcement yesterday or today.
