EMR will receive $2.5 m cash, no debts & 20% of a bigger pie in shale oil assets in USA.
Although disappointed with them no going 100% with Niobrara , at least we are not burden with $19m debt & we have 20% of combined shale oil assets.
In my opnion, this is good. Any opnion?
