I think it is a very good deal. EMR never had the financial resources to go ahead for long without bringing someone else in. There would have been massive dilution if they had gone ahead alone. The shale business is a very expensive exercise and you need access to deep pockets. 20% of the assets they have got with no further dilution is great.
