voyager shale acquisition in usa

Voyager just announced it will acquire the US shale operations of Emerald Oil& Gas NL.
Those assets are held in Emerald Oil Inc.

What I was wondering is whether that gives us s/h at MPO, any better understanding of what the MPO US shale assets are worth??
