To clarify xrx misinformation above . Prana did not announce the failure of pbt2 for AD 2 years ago.. They announced pbt2 failed to meet objectives of imagine trial and there are a number of suggestions as to why.. They also announced they still believe pbt2 has a future as a therapy for ad and its still on the cards... Imagine results were a speedbump and a bit of a detour, but not the end of the road..
Lots of positive data regarding pbt2 and ad, both in clinical and pre clinical studies
