Not certain of the implications to VPC's ultimate financial contribution to PAC, but VPC have used their SPAC's ($USD500M) to acquire a share of Bakkt, see further information:

I believe VPC get 2% of the $USD2.1B listed entity on the NYSE and its SPAC holders transfer shares into shares for Bakkt - this might be a good arbitrage opportunity to buy into what looks likes a combined competitor to AfterPay, Robinhood and Paypal.
