"Financials and team behind the product are great, but I would like to know how your research has touched into these key areas of LMS's especially ones emerging into a market that is very much entrenched.

Landing new clients who don't have an existing LMS is very doable, so long as VPC are able to offer a product that is uniquely superior and meets the client's requirements and desirables.
