Then there are the other factors - i.e. Upfront payments, non ACMR revenue etc. I guess we will wait and see, however I am guessing the 4C headline might be, in light of the above, quite positive. We know ACMR was up 35-40%. Cash receipts could be up 50%+ on last quarter.

Yes. It is better for VPC to find a big investor to pump in the fund rather than going after the shareholders for money again. Shareholders got burned badly for last year rights issue capital raising at 3 cents and the share price now is 1.5 cents.
