The interesting question is what price and how much stock was issued as part of the sale. I assumed the price and stock was agreed upon announcement as opposed to on closure of the deal.
If anyone watched the investment presentation in August 24, the CFO said the FMV would increase if both deals closed, as the FMV had been discounted to factor in the risk that either of the deals didn't proceed.
