    It is my understanding that the tax components of the buyback depending on the level of capital the company has to return. I can't remember the exact amount of the buyback but read $300m recently. You can't pay capital back to shareholders unless you have enought balance in the share capital account.

    The company only has $196,757,000 in share capital (see below) and, since the amount allocated to the share capital account must be done on a "pro rata" basis, I can see over half the buyback being taxable income to the shareholder.
