Not sure that ITC would go into a halt if VPE don't yet have...

Not sure that ITC would go into a halt if VPE don't yet have their cap raising done... but something's cooking, we can guess that much. Exactly what is still unknown. Of course the speculation that VPE might want to take out ITC could also be just a red herring -- although ITC's jump on open today was a fairly decent move nonetheless.
