ITC would be able to raise money easily enough if VPE had a very agressive exploration campaign and i'm sure in any dual agreement both parties would need to agree acting reasonably with consideration to capital requirements etc etc.
All is good for ITC though need to wait another 6 months for share price to be double current levels.
