    IF VPE wants to have full control of those oily grounds that ITC still is holding (and under take-over offer by BPT at 8.5c now), then VPE will have to make a decent offer real soon IMHO.
    Scrip and cash offer will be O.K. Should be easy to better the opportunistic bid by BPT, I would assume!
