    VPE is on the move. 500K just went through at 34.5 (about 1-3 of the days trades in one hit) with big buyer left wanting more.

    IMO a move on ITC could be immanent as I would guess VPE would want a nice high 10 day VWAP in 1st, to put any VPE script based offer in best light.

    Watching with interest from here. IMO the ITC / VPE hook up is on.
