vpe on the ramp good for itc

We spoke alot late last year the amount of info being held back by VPE and now all of the sudden they are on the ramp again bringing out reasonably useless bits of info. You could argue that they are doing it for the oppies but now they are underwritten there is no problem.

In any rate it will be good for ITC as we may get carried along for the ride and keeps the flow up although there will be plenty of news now and until the middle of the year.
