    i'm disappointed that the response to the last announcement is so muted but i note also that the reit sector is just attracting little interest ATM. even the likes of wdc sgp are trading @ 6.5% lower than 3weeks ago.

    perhaps the re-rating is contingent upon a confirmation by the profits report in a fortnite.
