VPG announced long ago they won't pay dividence this has been factored into the price by most people which has been shown today (announced in HY results).
CER have alluded to the fact they will pay around 1c dividend. However this has been factored into the SP i believe now. If they don't expect a dive because unlike VPG they never gave any guidence to the fact they where not. If they do maybe a small rise won't be life changing thou.
