Been good for us though Texas...the SP has been far too reactionary and lumped with the centro's...in fact its less then CNP, in far less debt, has a heap more assets then debt, cash burn rate is low....but VPG is being called another Centro.

I love it!

Its said more millionaires will be created from these current bad times then ever before....as long as you pick oversold, under priced stock.

Foxtel business last night was saying our market is at least oversold by 40% and people will eventually see it and come back to the markets...but we are already here enjoying the prices.
