There are very little sellers at the moment. With the positive sentiment out at the moment, it is hard to see at least over the coming weeks that VPG won't rise.
Whether it is takeover speculation or stronger growth prospects, the facts remain, VPG is heavily undervalued and as credit markets wedge open, values will return. We could even see a small upside revaluation in their next financials.
I have written before in this forum, if McCabe was concerned about not receiving his funds, I doubt he would have considered taking shares. Being a secured creditor he is likely to get all his money back given the NTA. That is assuming he is secured which I have only assumed...
Overall I am a long-term holder having averaged down for a few months now and have always thought it had far more potential than people give it credit for.
However, the biggest risk is the rise overnight could retract just as hard in the coming days. Here's hoping it is 10c not 3c by Friday...
