VPG is currently valued under 100million and they dont think a 65million asset sale is price sensitive.

2 things. I'll let ASIC know about VPG's being slack on the disclosure to the ASX...maybe it will get a fire cracker up them to follow the rules better.

The other....we are finding out about this stuff anyway but it should be first from the company's mouth. This non-disclure makes me thinks alm,ost that VPG management has some under the table situaiton with a major and are trying to keep a lid on info and thus the share price down....but thats a breach of the rules so will get ASIC to get onto them.
