The big piece your missing is this is a spin off company not a true asset tested company to list on asx. You have a registry mostly controlled and money funneled to directors investors etc... with performance shares still to come.. you might be right on the very limited chance wgl has a genuine product that can get past the VERY large resistance that these holders will put up but most of the time this will be strangled to nothing...
