Workshopping ideas perhaps CFU should register as a retailer / power producer if that is possible, they did ask if a deal was to be negotiated with a retailer would you sign up to a contract.

I haven't thought this through fully but there are 20 or so retailers I think. All retailers in an particular grid area would need to offer grid control to the local grid controller it may be simpler to have the requests for power go to Bluegen.net for Bluegens in a particular area.

HC's article from OilDrum illustrates the problem I think.
