FAR were the only ones who wanted the opportunity to PE.
Petrosen have never come out and said they wanted to or were not given the opportunity.
There was no huge outlay for any liability for the other rig as COP settled that themselves.
It is only FAR who say they don't have all the details and who even knows what they were however minor.
IMO it was a delaying tactic in the first place to find funding.

That's what I have been saying all the time.
There is no big backer.
Mediation has come and gone.
Arbitration is not on the agenda according to FAR.

So tell me what's left?
Nothing.
IMO FAR just want this whole saga to quietly go away.
