So Vection somehow comes up with the software to direct these activities (in this case hospital operations) but the hardware that actually performs these activities has to be bought from other companies. So these partnerships that VR1 is engaging in, is with the companies that manufacture the equipment to perform the activities and together they create a complete product with both software and hardware that can then be bought by customers.
Having said that I think there could be more to it and I might be wrong, but I'll post it anyway.
