I haven’t heard if Merchant got a look in this time.

I did hear however that the board acknowledged that the last raise was a mess and they were determined this one would be different.

Now on the surface to us it looks and feels identical.

However I understand that GO spent every day two weeks prior this time meeting with analysts, instos and brokers selling the story.

So the real belief by management this time is that the fundies will hold for the long term. Which is why the focus was technology based funds that understood the business.

Only time will tell.
