A lot of people did not realize the SP was below 10 sen less than two months ago. It tripled since. So of course there would be a correction. If you are a real at least medium term investor you would just buy on fundamentals and wait. Also if you check previous presentation mgmt indicated they were looking to acquire another company in North America as one their key goals is to deploy and expand in the US. Yes they said no need for a CR, but if suddenly there are acquisition opportunities things change. With the SP at below 10 sen recently, no fund would pay the latest SP in a CR. Aside from this, i jpersonnally focus on the Total Contract Value (and later on the Ebitda). It has tripled to $ 11M in the past 5 months, doubling in past 40 days.).Mgmt had targeted $ 10M btw so they exceeded their goal already and there are 20 more days to go for this Q.There may be one more announcement regarding add sales before the end of this Q (Dec 31st) but lets say we stay at the current excellent $ 11M for this H1 2022 then increase that by a reasonable 33% for H2 FY 2022. We would get a TCV of $ 25M+ with positive Ebitda if not PAT and at current MC of $ 160m this would value VR1 at x6 revenue only. Also check their current customers and partners, very impressive. Last but not least ,note that the board and management have more than 40% stake. They have a big interest in the success of the company, just like us small holders. It is not the end, not even the beginning of the end, just the beginning of VR1's rise.
