Vection has announced $25m of new deals in fy25 so far, a lot of these are strategic partnership deals which state minimum revenue requirements from the partner, these numbers should increase rapidly IMO, I don't think the market understands the magnitude of these deals yet and obviously they need to show the market that this is the case but if/when they do, it won't matter what the size of the initial partnership agreements are - market will start to price us on this forward looking metric.
On top of that, Vection is growing their revenue and in particular their ARR at a very fast rate, they did $34m revenue last year at 10%ARR ($3.4m) and they are looking at $50-60m this Cal year at 40% ARR (see last qaurterly) which will sit their ARR component at $20-$25m and growing. Add in the back to back positive quarterlies with the latest being $2.4m positive and this looks like it should be well above the current SP IMO.
