So the rise in debt came from TDB acquisition, last quarter was unbelievable so I’m not sure what you’re eluding to saying it was bad, are you solely talking about the rise in debt because if so then that’s not a true reflection of the way they’re running things, it’s a one off add on
Either way, the trajectory here is pretty sexy with the positive cashflow qtrs, increase in sales and the ARR growth, the debt is a factor I am not disregarding that but most start ups have lots of debt until they can find that infliction point of making profit and I am of the belief that Vection is at that cross road now and the SAAS ARR model is what I am most excited about. On top of that, if they had no debt they would be 5-10x this price IMO.
