I think the main reason the SP is lagging, other than the surprise cap raise after the company mentioned they will not need a cap raise 4 weeks prior, is the TCV vs cash receipts
TCV or ACV is great but until the cash receipts are received for these contracts which can lag to 12 months it can be a bit foggy as to how much of these contracts values are really worth
I agree one major contract amount needs to come through to put any of those concerns to bed
when VR1 moves it moves quickly
