what i think is missing is
One big solid commercial contract signing with any of already registered client - as almost all of them though are plugged in with Vection but some how in research phase.
once this is done, it can go to 50c, in no time - as i see its likely to happen.
but when that happen its not clear - and Vection announcements or progress details is not clear enough as i see.

complete change of character the last few weeks...thats all that matters...the market cares now. One senses we are about to find out why
