the volumes in the US VRACY are abysmal, bid/offer was 1.60/1.95 at the time and someone + the equivalent of 1800 shares at the offer.. (think roth is the mkt maker)
i don't want to sound like i am talking this stock down.. long and not selling till we see prices a lot higher than here.. but think this is more Roth or the other mkt maker/s broking someone into paying the offer..
good luck.. and looking forward to the next few months/yrs.. just don't think its today
