vrb separation announced

Seems there is a new announcement on PCE searating from VRB. Not in a position to poist it but it is on the ASX website.

Seems VRB will cancel its 45 million shares with effect from the approval of shareholders and take certain assets with them. AS a long term holder of PCE this is excellent news because whlst PCE's assetswould be less than before, it does have enough to actually make a difference.

With all the electricity companies in this part of the world calling for demand management activity who knows what can happen now. OK so I'm an optimist but this does appear to be the first decent step forward for a long long time.
