RECEIPTS FOR FINAL SHORT FORM PROSPECTUS ISSUED

VRB Power Systems Inc. has obtained final receipts from the British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario securities commissions for a final short form prospectus qualifying for distribution 14,167,000 common shares to be issued upon exercise of previously issued special warrants. The previously issued special warrants were issued pursuant to a financing led by Sprott Securities Inc., which raised gross proceeds of $10,200,240.
