when your dealing with offtakes, funding i dont think you can provide a set date. look at AEV they told market offtake and FEED was due in Nov 22. SP went crazy and now it has fallen off cliff back to where it was as management havent delivered and now they expect it in this quarter.
i guess we can hope given we have no set timeframe that management at VRC suprise us when we are least expecting much to happen in this quarter
