TM's deliver-ability on announcements is painfully slow looking into past history of the company. When the moment of reckoning arrives companies seize the opportunity but here it is as usual long slow process. Blaming Africa banks does not suffice. Pleasing presentation from resolve view is fine but market/big investors look at rapid pace of deliver-ability on announcements. TM has to come abroad quickly on this aspect as it would be the primary drive pushing SP.
