    Hi Stan,

I think understanding what the flag (its actually a pennant in my TA) represents is important.
The volume drying up, lower highs and higher lows represent consolidation.
    - smaller sell offs means sellers are drying up
    - higher lows means support is building & buyers are stepping up

The tip of the pennant is the inflection point.
This is essentially the 'pinch' where buyers or sellers take over.
Pennants usually have a continuation of trend following the consolidation period.
In our instance, we had our first strong leg up in March then May.

The issue with small market cap stocks, is they follow this pattern less than the larger market cap stocks.
Thats kind of the reason we invest in them though right?
    - More volatility for greater potential gains.
If it was guaranteed, and totally predictable, then the volatility (and potential upside) wouldnt be there.

I think enough volume to push to above the May peak, definitely requires some news.

The TA simply supported me topping up because from this point the TA indicates that it is more likely to go up, than down

My initial entry was based on the FA of the business, and my longer term outlook on the battery metals market.

    This is not financial advice.
    MAO, DYOR & MYOD.
    Happy trading & good luck,
    - Leezy
