    like i said china isnt stupid, and investing strategically and massively in Africa/Tanzania especially in Lindi region lot or prep work, import oil, power plants, gas pipelines and electric power plans, water projects etc.

    is it a conspiracy - well china again isnt stupid and its resources are depleting fast if they dont secure raw materials fast they will lose $ big time.
