IAN- im sure many are wondering he same thing however if we just focus on the main game and not the share-price then its just a waiting game.
Whoever is trying to suppress the share-price knows that there is something about to happen soon as there is no reason why share-price should be at 4.1c IMO - its just manipulation IMO and a way of getting massive leverage when it runs again - and it will run , its a case of when !!- i suspect in less than a week. Traders will be all over it again and those who sold out will be racing to buy back in again at higher prices - how many times do we see this - these scenarios just repeats itself over and over again and people continue to do the same stupid stuff. Sell out on fear because they haven't understood what they are actually buying into and then FOMO - classic nonsense haha !! he team at VRC are working day / night to secure deals and even though its taking longer than some here expect the company are still achieving their deadlines / milestones
Everyone also bleating on about capital raising needed and cash burn - now of course we are going to have cash burn when the company is rapidly advancing this project - thats how all businesses progress- you cant progress without spending money !!
Capital raising then comes into play - SH said they would have enough money to see them well into 2017 so if we have enough to last until April - May 2017 which i think we will have then before that requirement is needed the share price will most certainly go for a run prior to CR announcement to get a higher placement price and minimise dilution - i suspect they wont waste time with a rights issue and go straight for private placement - now as far as catalysts go - Here are a few
Near Term Catalysts
BOA's - remember they already have a MOU with Opimum Nano ( China's second larges battery manufacturer )
PRE- DFS
All relating o their timetables in the PFS announcement and all before CR IMO - thats the smart thing to do
CHINA
Now, remember considering CHINA have a pollution problem and according to statistics, China intend to have 5 million electric cars on the road by 2020 and manufacture 3 million each year from 2025 - one would say the future is looking rosey - also for those who say demand isnt there remember that you need 7 to 10 times more graphite ( spherical battery grade) than lithium for the battery anode so demand will show up once the wheels start to roll - VRC are still positioned to take advantage of their contacts/connections in CHINA and their other relationships - remember those other graphite players will need to have strong relationships and the company that have the product and have forged strong relationships with end users will succeed - relationship building IS high on VRC's agenda which is critical to be successful - if your not talking to anyone then you wont get contracts

PS im a big believer that they will deliver for us shareholders that im also quietly accumulating the options at 2.4c / 2.5c
