I think its standard to enter trading halt for the PFS.
Edit: Let me rephrase that, Hunt has a couple million Magnis shares.
If thats not a clear indication of the lack of confidence in his own company then I dont know what is,
he would make huge profits on his MNS shares if he sold now and get more VRC at low levels.
