VRC - no of shares = 953m + 249m oppies (assume all will covert) to give a total of 1,202m. current MC of $66m
Even assuming MNS SP doesn't rise over the next 12 months, VRC shares of 1,202m @ current MNS SP of $0.86 = MC of $1.033m. Doubtful whether VRC MC can go from $66m to $1,033m by the end of 2017. Be kinda nice though! Plus, VRC's issued cap is likely to increase way over 1,202m as it gets closer to PFS/BFS and funding of construction.
If VRC MC reaches $400m (so as to exceed MNS), then VRC SP will be about 40 cents.
