From last year's MMG Option and JV announcement:

"Under Stage 1, MMG is obliged to spend not less than $500,000 in the 12-month period commencing the day the Agreement becomes unconditional. By so doing, MMG has the right (but not the obligation) to exercise an option (which expires on the 12-month anniversary) to form an unincorporated joint venture (“Joint Venture”) with Anglo in relation to the Project. On the date of exercise of the option, the “Commencement Date”, the participating interest of the parties shall be MMG: 0%, Anglo: 100%."

The anniversary is the 25th of February - so question is:
- Has MMG spent 500k?
- If so, will MMG exercise the option for a JV?
