Deal is off. VRE did not meet the conditions by the due date.
MCR has standard pre-emptive rights under the joint venture
agreement.
Don't know what the conditions were that were not met by VRE but MCR is a business, so one can only assume that VRE's failure to meet the conditions may result in a cheaper acquistion price for MCR.
