Hi Dan
I mentioned that a few posts ago in a rant saying company should inform us of the restrictions applicable with a US ipo to keep us on the same page. If that is the rule then there is nothing stopping them from informing us. Always being shady and keeping us in the dark is the issue not the fact their hands may be tied.
