Long term VRL holder here, around 12 years.
Has anyone else noticed the very low volumes in the past 3 months? We seem to be drifting lower day by day, yet many days the average parcel sold is sub $1,000. Is there some sort of consolidated of unmarketable holdings going on? There are an awful lot of very small parcels transacting. The S/P is down 35% in 3 months, no particularly bad news in that time.
S/P of $3.30 on the day before the "Strategy Presentation" on 7th June - I didn't find any startling revelations in that presentation. I recall reading that folks were reasonably happy with the broad strategies and the potential for reinstating dividends - yet the S/P is down 25% since then (2 months).
I doubled down at $2.76 on 13th June as it looked heavily oversold to me after that announcement. Went sideways from there for 2 weeks and now down 10% in the past 4 trading days.
Preliminary report on 22nd August should make interesting reading.
