It is really too bad that VRL is a public company with public shareholders. Everytime you turn around they are getting the shaft.
What ever happened to that $150 million from the sale of the Korean assets that was supposed to be used in a "transparent manner"?
What about dividends on the prefs? The Kirby that "does not want to talk about the matter" comment at the AGM? Of course they don`t own any prefs and they are down over 50% since the announcement to cut the common dividend....
Cutting the dividend to common shareholders - but keeping the dividend on the AEO shares. (Better to get than give)
And what about the pay system based partly on the share price - of course it is based on a share price that has pounded down and then one which will probably go up a little based on buying by the private company the Kirby`s own????
