I have been a shareholder of VRL for many years and this Structure A vs Structure B alternative for shareholders seems absolutely ridiculous!

I just rang the shareholder hotline to try and find out if Structure B (retaining my 100% VRL shareholding), if voted in, will allow VRL to continue to trade on the ASX... and the answer is no! The deal is done and the company will be removed from the ASX at some point after the vote... then who knows what will happen.

At the current share price, most small shareholders must be carrying losses and the support given by the VRL board has effectively sold the company down the drain for VRG to take charge... I'm at a loss as to what to do.

I would be very interested in what opinions you have about the two structures. The current share price must be seen as undervalued... I cannot believe this proposal is supported as being in the shareholders best interest!

I'm lost for words...
