    I am in the same percentile group as yourself but my average share price was far more appreciative of the $4.00 pre-covid offer! To think it hit $4.10 just after the second offer was released... only to have the company board recommend $2.10 plus 'maybe' add ons... I still read in disbelief!

    I have already voted against both A and B structures as I do not want to see VRL taken out in this manner. I'd prefer to see it remain a publicly listed company on the ASX and trade its way through the current difficulties... and it will. If debt is a concern, then VRL can always follow so many other companies lead during the pandemic and offer up an institutional and retail fund raising through a rights issue and/or share purchase plan.

    Pay the break-fee VRL... It's no deal for me!
