I'll be voting NO to Scheme A, and particularly NO to Scheme B. This is a terribly BAD deal for minority shareholders. VRL tried this stunt back in 2003/4 where the dividends were "suspended" (depressing the price), then they went in with a lowball offer. They are trying the same manouvre here and I hope for the sake of fairness to ALL SHAREHOLDERS (not just the majority shareholders), we say no to both, especially Scheme B.

And it states quite clearly, if you remain with them in a private entity, your shareholding will be illiquid with no guarantee of sale, and no platform for selling them.
