Ralphi, if Barclays are out that's a good sign. Barclays were only in short term so obviously sold to someone with a longer term view. I'm swinging between buyback and dividend. Either will be more positive for vrlpa. Personally I would rather see a dividend as this would send a clear message to the investment community that Village have turned the corner, would be back on the radar of many and the true value, excellent cash flow, and substantial assets would be recognised. Would expect a big jump in price of both classes. It's fun waiting ... good luck.
