    I noticed this also, didn't take too long for some larger (250K) blocks to come up.. and decent volume was done yesterday.

    Despite the strong runup, the buybacks at lower prices "embeds" further value in each remaining share. My target for VRLPA is still mid $2's and has been since they were 0.70c.. Have been lightening on VRL though..
